black among the whites
heretic among the devouts
rebel among the law abiders
diagonal among the lines
ugly among the beauties
I want to be like you

Evil!
take me to Blake's imagination
let's find Milton's lost paradise
teach me swimming in Dante's Inferno
together with the three, we live in poetry

Evil!
take the lamb in me, its meekness and passivity
transform me into a tiger to be wrathful til my final years
Make me a tiger, make me a neophyte evil

On surrender

She lies that she did not pour the river with her tears;
She pretends that she did not let the rain wash her pains;
she hides that the thunder did not give her fears;
She lies, she pretends, she hides that she was not hurt inside.

She smiles even if tears are falling from her eyes;
She prays even if God is not in her mind;
She dreams of gripping freedom even if it is abstract;
She smiles, she prays, she dreams despite the darkness of her life.

Why hope if there is nothing to hope for?
Why fly when there is no one to fly with?
Why live when there is no principle to live by?
Why hope, why fly, why live when you are about to die?

bought 17 books last summer.shopped at the UP press, fully booked and power books, stores that cebu doesn't have.wish i could read them all.time time time is what i don't have to enjoy my books. finished reading one.one hundred years of solitude by Marquez.i need to read more but i don't have time.can't stop teaching,can't stop selling and delivering bread hehehe,can't stop shutting my mouth up at home, can't stop working out and execute leg press and hearing the instructor's " change move, hips to the right, arms bend to the left 123............

my second time in boracay.water so clear, sand so fine, sea breeze so cool, but foods and cottages so expensive.beautiful faces grace the island.i liked the pearls.all my money was spent in buying pearls....foods?not that impressive.i still love foods in cebu.
